Shipping Policy
At Real Treasure Designs we are committed to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and your orders are delivered promptly.
Order processing : Orders are verified , tailored, quality checked and packaged before being dispatched.This process typically takes 2-6 days and all orders are sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours of being placed.Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period.
Shipping times: Once processed, orders are shipped via the method selected at checkout.In most cases shipping is quicker than the estimated time frame but this may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as customs processing, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Any items not received within 14 weeks will qualify for a full refund or reshipping immediately but the customer has to reach out to us to have a refund for orders not being delivered within 14 weeks.
International Orders: Customers placing international orders are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with the shipment.These charges are determined by the destination countries and are not included in the purchase price.
Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.To cancel your orders please email us at: support@realtreasuredesigns.com with your order number and a cancellation request. After the 12 hour period, orders could not be canceled as processing and fulfilment would have begun.
