Return Policy

At Real Treasure Designs we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  1. Contact us at support@realtreasuredesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a claim number and return instructions. Items returned without prior approval or a claim number will not be accepted.

Eligibility

  1. Return Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

  2. Item Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments)

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at support@realtreasuredesigns.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, and include the return authorization details.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for items that meet the return eligibility criteria. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that sale items, intimate apparel, custom orders, and original shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. For defective or damaged items, refunds will be processed after verification.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
